Job summary

ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for our Bethlehem, PA site on the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 11:00pm–7:00am). You will operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain a packaging production line to meet quality and throughput targets.

Starting pay is $20.75/hour with weekly pay, paid breaks and excellent benefits. Prior experience with label applicators, case sealing, and machine changeovers is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalency.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing work history desired.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work orders, including special instructions.
• Print labels and adhere to finished goods and pallets.
• Enter a Safety, Maintenance, and/or Planning request when needed.
• Complete necessary changeovers in the allotted time.
• Complete proper shift turnover process.
• Demonstrate proficiency for at least one machine within the group (Paper, Poly, Sideweld/Wickets, or Auxiliary).
• Meet production and throughput standards.
• Set up, operate, and maintain label applicator bander and Case Sealing machines; troubleshoot issues.
