Job summary

SBA Home North Carolina is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) to support our growing team in furniture manufacturing. The role requires operating and monitoring automated equipment, ensuring line efficiency, and adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced facility.

Ideal candidates have prior machine operation experience, basic mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read measurements using calipers and the metric system
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good attendance
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our 3rd shift production team.
