Job Title: Machine Operator/Production Worker

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shifts: 3rd shift, 10pm - 6am, 6-7 days a week required

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to produce high-quality products in a timely manner.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor production output and ensure product quality through visual inspections.
• Load and unload materials, sometimes weighing up to 50 pounds, primarily using a hoist.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work 7 days a week.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds continuously during shifts.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
