Job summary

Lactalis Midwest Yogurt is seeking a Line Lead based in Reed City, Michigan. You will provide safety and servant-based leadership to achieve production targets, drive daily/weekly/monthly plans, and manage budget to meet CPC targets.

You will work closely with Process and Maintenance Leads and develop the operating teams’ technical capability. The role emphasizes ownership of safety, quality, and systematic improvements, with a strong focus on eliminating losses and building team skills on the

Qualifications

• Experience managing people, safety and quality.
• Demonstrated capability in driving out losses of a system.
• Demonstrated basic technical capability of manufacturing equipment.
• Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns safety and quality for the system/platform and action plans for improvement.
• Leads daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly planning and recognizes team members.
• Develops and executes Plan for the Day and handoffs for off shifts.
• Maintains health of the CIL system and provides coaching to team members.
• Builds capability in technicians and identifies training gaps to address needs.
• Owns the 90-Day improvement plan to deliver the glidepath and line targets.
