Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse for private duty in-home care in Milford, MI. You must be available on weekends and willing to work 12-hour shifts, with travel to Farmington Hills as needed.

A Michigan nursing license and a high school diploma or GED are required, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Pass a drug screen and background check to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must be available on weekends.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (7a–7p / 7p–7a).
• Must be willing to travel to Farmington Hills (Split Custody).
• Current MI Nursing License is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to pass drug screen (Including THC) and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty in-home nursing care.
• Follow patient care plans and coordinate with families.
• Maintain patient safety and well-being during visits.
