• Adherence to GMP compliance and quality inspections related to contract packaging.
• Impact of quality inspections on regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Read and understand process steps within the packaging record.
• Assist with overall production efficiency in the assigned room(s).
• Inspect units for quality as they are packaged.
• Perform quality inspections per the packaging record and AQL requirements.
• Verify that packaging requirements are supported by appropriate Batch Record documentation.
• Pre-start Equipment Room Check and Area clearance pages.
• Pre-Post Production Pages and Pre-Packaging Steps.
• Equipment Verification and Startup verification pages.
• Record and manage Challenges and In-Process Inspections.
• Maintain Quality Samples and Reconciliation logs.
