Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Operator to run lamp making equipment from 11pm to 7am. The position offers competitive hourly pay, a $3.00 shift differential, and a potential $0.50/hour raise after a successful 6‑month review.

This role includes benefits such as health, dental, and vision plans, plus a 401(k) with company match and paid time off. Training will be provided, with opportunities for growth and development within the team.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a leadership role.
• Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job.
• Must be able to pass vision acuity test.
• Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate lamp making equipment in the manufacturing environment under limited supervision.
• Be proficient at operating and understanding the machine functions and supporting the daily requirements.
• Utilize various forms of testing equipment and follow direction through verbal and written instructions daily.
• Maintain production, quality, PM and SPC for assigned position, and interact with the machines' information systems.
• Train new associates as required.
