RL Canning is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst (3rd Shift) to join our IT team. This role handles incidents and requests related to technology products, infrastructure, and enterprise services via phone and remote support.

The US base hourly range is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour W2, with a comprehensive benefits package. Salary offers depend on location, skills, experience, and training. Compensation and benefits remain at the company's discretion under applicable law.

Qualifications

• Provide first-level IT support via phone and walk-in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user phone support and walk-in first-level support.
• Log and document tickets with proper notes in client ticketing systems.
• Evaluate issue severity and route to the correct resolver group.
• Resolve problems over the phone when possible.
• Follow up to confirm resolution with the customer.
