Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Inventory Specialist for the 3rd shift in Whitsett, NC. Responsibilities include running inventory reports from the WMS, preparing Count Sheets, and performing physical counts with accurate data entry into the system.

You will investigate discrepancies, conduct location audits, and report findings while assisting in operations, shipping, and receiving as needed. A high school diploma and experience in inventory control are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in order processing & inventory management suggested.
• Familiarity with SAP and inventory control functions helpful.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory reports from the WMS and transfer data to Count Sheet templates.
• Conduct physical counts, enter results, and perform location audits.
• Research discrepancies via cycle counts and history to locate last known locations.
• Inspect staging areas and report findings to supervisor.
• Assist in operations, shipping, and receiving as needed.
