Job summary

Responsibilities include processing orders in BC, receiving inbound materials, ensuring proper bin movements, training teammates, and enforcing SOPs per OSHA, USDA and SQF. An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; investigate discrepancies.
• Process in BC: purchase orders, production orders, transfer orders, inventory adjustments, etc.
• Receive inbound product (WIP, finished goods) and materials.
• Understand the physical flow of product through production and how BC processes each movement in and out of inventory.
• Ensure proper bin-to-bin movements in the warehouse.
• Troubleshooting BC related problems; contact IT if necessary.
• Process and document returns as required.
• May lead, guide, and train team members.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and OSHA, USDA, and SQF guidelines are observed.
• Take a proactive role in addressing safety or quality concerns.
