Job summary

Airlite Plastics in Omaha, NE is seeking an Inspector Packer to inspect containers and lids for quality and to pack finished products from molding and printing operations. Qualifications

• Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot production issues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Teamwork and collaboration with Production personnel.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Basic computer skills and use of Microsoft Office.
• Takes initiative and asks for help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect containers and lids for quality.
• Pack containers and lids from injection molding and/or printing machines.
• Assemble and tape boxes and trays; line and prepare for packaging.
• Maintain data in station logs (scrap, inspections, status).
• Identify and label boxes correctly; communicate equipment status.
• Meet safety, housekeeping, and attendance standards.
• Report food safety issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
