Job summary

Plasman is seeking a 3rd Shift Injection Molding Operator in Lawrenceburg, TN to operate molding equipment and assemble components across one or more production lines, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will monitor processes and perform basic tests and quality checks to meet customer specifications.

This role reports to the Supervisor and requires a High School Diploma, 1 year of manufacturing experience, and familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience required; automotive experience preferred.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and 5S process.

Responsibilities

• Operate production assembly workstation line equipment.
• Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
• Adjust machine controls while monitoring outputs.
• Assemble goods on a production line.
• Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and machinery.
• Report equipment faults to maintenance staff.
• Build components into finished products and fit parts to machinery.
• Finish products to required tolerances and standards.
