KAM Plastics is seeking entry-level injection molding machine operators to join a fully air-conditioned, employee-owned team. Duties include cycling machines, removing molded parts, and inspecting parts for quality in a clean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong manual dexterity and good visual perception.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and perform basic math.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines in a clean, controlled environment.
• Cycle machines, remove molded parts and inspect for quality.
• Follow procedures in Process Books and maintain shift documentation.
