Responsibilities

• Maintain USDA cleanliness standards in production areas and entrées.
• Disassemble, scrub, wash, dry and reassemble equipment; clean pipes and ventilation components.
• Operate forklift or electric pallet jack occasionally as needed.
• Set up equipment for next day’s production run and learn line flow of products.
• Follow Master Sanitation Schedule and uphold GMPs, food safety, and quality policies.
• Assist with general labors and maintain safe, clean work areas.
