Job summary

Hanover Foods Corporation in Centre Hall, PA, is seeking a 3rd Shift Sanitation Person to perform cleaning and sanitation across Production and Entrée Departments. The role includes sanitizing equipment, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and assisting with general labor as needed.

Shift hours are 7pm–5am with differential pay for late shifts. Comprehensive benefits are offered, including medical, dental, prescription drugs, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in the industrial food sanitation field.
• 1–2 years of sanitation and/or cleaning experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; must communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain USDA cleanliness standards.
• Disassemble, scrub, wash, dry and reassemble equipment.
• Clean pipes, smokestacks and ventilation hoods as needed.
• Operate a forklift or electric pallet jack occasionally.
• Set up equipment for next day’s production run.
• Follow Master Sanitation Schedule and safety procedures.
