Job summary

Altium Packaging in Franklin, MA is seeking a fully competent Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment and facility.

You will follow GMPs, inspect and replace hoses, valves, pumps, and support equipment; may operate blow mold/injection machines; overtime may be required; OSHA forklift certification preferred; strong attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include basic math, computer skills, pneumatics and hydraulics, and strong attention to detail.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
• High School diploma or GED
• OSHA forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventive maintenance on production machinery and blow mold equipment.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot, locate root problems, and repair machinery.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair equipment.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
• Follow GMPs and safety regulations.
