Job summary

Altium Packaging in Monroe Township, New Jersey, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for third shift to perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on blow mold equipment and production line machinery. Responsibilities include tooling changes, valve/pump work, and adherence to GMP and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, basic math and computer skills, and knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• OSHA Forklift certification
• Basic math and computer skills
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment
• Inspect and replace hoses, valves and pumps
• Troubleshoot and locate root causes of faults
• Weld, fabricate and repair various machines
• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
