Job summary

Lignetics Inc. in Hayward, Wisconsin, is seeking a Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift. The role is full-time with a 10pm–8am schedule (Mon-Thu, Fridays optional) and offers a pay range of $25–$30 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential and a monthly bonus.

A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues with malfunctioning equipment, performing minor building repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; vocational training highly preferred.
• One to five years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting.
• Pneumatic and basic hydraulic knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning mechanical and electrical equipment and complete repairs.
• Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed.
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning.
