Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Housekeeping – Common Area Supervisor for the 3rd shift. You will oversee cleaning of lobby and public areas, ensuring spaces are pristine and ready to enhance the guest experience. Lead with a service-centric approach and supervise frontline associates to uphold Kalahari’s standards.

Your role emphasizes communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support peak resort operations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, good customer relation skills and great attention to detail required.
• Willingness to work flexible and sometimes long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the resort’s common area spaces (lobby, public restrooms, and special areas).
• Demonstrate strong communication and guest relations; foster a positive guest experience.
• Support a responsive, efficient housekeeping operation to deliver beyond expectations.
