Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of Line HHA's and CNA's in Homer, MI and surrounding areas to provide personalized in-home care tailored to each patient’s needs. You’ll join a team that puts clients first, ensuring comfort and safety in their homes.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN options for 7p-7a shifts. Eligible applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Shifts available 7p-7a.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care to patients.
• Work both independently and as part of a care team.
• Adhere to care plans and report changes.
• Maintain patient dignity and preferences.
• Assist during immediate start after hiring process.
