Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service our Private Duty In-Home Care clients in Grass Lake, MI. If you believe each patient is unique and deserves personalized care, you’re the one we’re looking for.

12 hour day shifts available, with responsibilities including assisting with daily living activities and health monitoring. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, the ability to work both

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health aide services to private duty clients.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Monitor client health and report changes to supervisor.
• Adhere to care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
