HyPro Incorporated in Waterford, WI is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Associate to support daily operations in our facility. This role includes moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, basic quality checks, and housekeeping to keep the plant safe and efficient.

Training is provided for forklift operation and basic quality inspection; no prior manufacturing experience required. You will join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to learn across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with moving materials, parts, and products using handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Perform basic quality checks and simple inspections after training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility.
• Support production and facility operations as assigned.
