Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, INC is seeking a 3rd shift Gummy Maintenance Mechanic to maintain high-volume gummy processing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose, repair and install systems, and ensure SOP and GMP compliance across operations.

You will read specifications, troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical and control domains, document interventions, and mentor operators to minimize downtime, with a focus on safety and audit-readiness.

Qualifications

• Understand operation, setup, startup, troubleshoot and repair gummies equipment.
• Read and follow job orders, drawings, and work orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, HMI fault codes, and technical drawings.
• Interpret equipment manuals and serve maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Understand operation, setup, startup, troubleshoot, and repair gummy manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect equipment and follow preventative maintenance schedule.
• Install and commission new machinery; modify existing equipment as needed.
• Make mechanical adjustments to optimize production and reduce downtime.
• Document interventions, parts used, and maintenance history.
• Provide guidance to machine operators on proper use and minor troubleshooting.
