Job summary

Dorothy Lane Market is seeking a dependable night associate for our Grocery department, working 11pm–7am. You will stock shelves, rotate product and displays, update signs, and perform light cleaning. This role emphasizes teamwork and consistent, friendly service.

The ideal candidate enjoys food, is willing to learn, and can work in a fast-paced, friendly store environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Job description

Are you a night owl? Lots of things happen behind the scenes at DLM to create a beautiful store ready for business. We have associates working around the clock – stocking shelves, replenishing fruits and veggies, cooking, baking, and cleaning. Our Grocery department is looking for a dependable associate who can work both individually and as part of a team. The main duties will include stocking shelves, rotating product and displays, changing signs, and some minor cleaning. Hours are typically from 11pm to 7am.

Qualifications:

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice theDLM Team Values:Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior stocking experience is preferred.
• 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 60lbs.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
