Job summary

Job description

Shift: 3rd Shift (10:50pm - 6:50am). Overtime: Eligible after 8 hours. Schedule: 10 days on & 4 days off.

Pay: $26.43 per hour plus night shift and Sunday premiums, $1.00 shift differential from 6p-6a.

Sign‑on Bonus: Total $2,500. You will receive $500 after 60 days of employment, $1,000 after six months, and $1,000 after one year.

Employees hired into General Production roles may be placed into a new position as outlined in our collective bargaining agreement. If no employee submits a bid for an internal job posting, the position will be offered to full‑time General Production employees in order of seniority and may be assigned by reverse seniority. Employees placed in this way remain eligible to sign other internal postings as they become available.

Required Experience and Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
