Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Corrugator Operator in Michigan to contribute to the continuous operation and daily production goals of our corrugator line. You will operate stackers, transfer carts, and strapper equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work any shift and overtime, and the ability to work in a non-air-conditioned facility.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned facility.
• Ability to read and understand schedules and orders.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform lifting/bending tasks.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous operation of the corrugator and achieve daily production goals.
• Operate corrugator stacker, transfer cart and automatic strapper safely and competently.
• Follow all safety rules, lock-out procedures, and maintain good housekeeping.
• Maintain high quality and productivity, count accuracy of material and unit appearance.
