Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a hardworking team member for our Grand Rapids plant to support production and improve efficiency. The role involves assisting all plant-floor jobs, following safety rules, and maintaining 5S standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work 3rd shift, overtime and weekends.
• Experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred.
• Able to stack parts up to 30 lbs if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity and reducing downtime.
• Assist all jobs on the plant floor.
• Follow all safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards for shop and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs for up to 12 hours.
