Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States on an ongoing indefinite basis.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with hands-on assembly experience.
• Able to organize workload to meet production deadlines.
• Willing to follow ISO Quality and safety rules.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift as required by manufacturing work.

Responsibilities

• Hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives.
• Maintain inventory stock between assembly lines.
• Perform repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing, and service.
• Wash/prep/paint and packing, shipping/receiving as needed.
• Adhere to company safety rules and ISO work instructions.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report to supervisor.
