SEW-EURODRIVE in Troy, OH is hiring an Assembly Parts Puller for the 3rd shift. The role entails hands-on assembly of reducers and motors, stocking inventory, pulling parts, shipping/receiving, and general clean up.

Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and work safely under ISO procedures. This is a full-time 3rd shift position with a 10% differential and a comprehensive DAY ONE benefits package, plus growth opportunities in a global leader in power transmission and motion

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States on an ongoing indefinite basis.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience in hand assembly.
• Ability to organize workload to meet production requirements.

Responsabilités

• Hand assemble gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives; maintain parts stock between assembly lines.
• Parts pulling, repair/restock, warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping/receiving and general clean up.
• Use calipers, depth gauges, and paint millage gauges; visually inspect work and rework as necessary.
• Follow ISO Quality and Work Instructions, safety rules, and company policies; report unsafe conditions.
