Job summary

Red Gold is seeking a Forklift Operator to support shipping and warehouse operations in the United States. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, moving materials between warehouse, production, and packaging lines, and picking and staging orders.

You will complete required paperwork, scan materials, and ensure accurate records while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and adhering to food safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience.
• Able to perform basic math and write required paperwork.
• Able to operate a lift truck safely by plant and company rules.
• Must pass forklift training period through written and driving tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift according to safety standards.
• Move materials to/from warehouse/production/packaging lines.
• Pick and stage orders.
• Remove used pallets, trash, and packaging materials as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and barcode scans (BOL, tally sheets, etc.).
• Maintain clean work area and assist with routine maintenance like propane checks.
