Job summary

Perrigo is hiring for a 3rd shift Material Handler / Hilo Driver in Holland, MI. The role supports warehouse and distribution operations, requiring safe operation of powered equipment and efficient handling of goods to ensure timely shipments.

The position demands a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license or forklift experience, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Overtime availability and training on other shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with excellent attendance.
• Must have valid driver’s license or at least 1 year of forklift or Hilo driving experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week with overtime and be willing to train on other shifts.
• Basic computer skills; able to navigate computer-based training systems.
• Committed to safety, teamwork, quality, and attention to detail in work.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to read signs and instructions; competent in basic English reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and organizing incoming product.
• Picking and preparing customer orders.
• Loading trucks for outbound shipments.
• Operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and dock trucks.
• Performing physical tasks including bending, lifting, twisting, and moving materials.
