Job summary

Carpenter Co. offers immediate opportunities for an Operator B at our Temple, TX manufacturing plant. This 3rd shift role begins at 19:00 with overtime as needed to meet daily production goals.

You will safely operate a forklift/clamplift and transport unfinished or finished goods within the plant, collaborating with supervisors and production staff. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or better, can read labeling and English, and is willing to obtain a Carpenter Co.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and completely understand the labeling process and read and write English.
• Operate a forklift and handle safe transport of products.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Transport unfinished/finished product to designated locations to meet production/shipping schedules.
• Read labeling and communicate with department supervisors and staff.
• Maintain a safe, neat work environment and follow safety policies.
