Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Fork Truck Operator for the Shipping Team at Devens and Lunenburg facilities. You will operate forklifts to move materials, load trailers, and ensure accurate and timely shipments.

The role requires safety focus, ability to work overtime and weekends, and the capacity to use RF scanners. Training wage begins at $21.67/hour with subsequent pay of $25.11/hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to operate forklifts safely and follow procedures.
• Candidate must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily forklift inspections and safety checklists before operating equipment.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and inventory within the facility.
• Load/unload trailers and process receipts, returns, shipments, and inventory using RF scanners.
