Job summary

IAC Group is seeking a permanent, full-time Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift at our Arlington, TX facility. The role requires standing or sitting for long hours, lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally, and operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and a scanning device to manage shipments.

You will be responsible for moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, staging shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following TS16949 and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform pre-operational checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain orderly stacks, aisles, and inventory accuracy.
• Load/unload shipments and stage products for shipping or production.
• Utilize scanner to log loads and update system records.

Responsibilities

• Complete forklift pre-operational checklist at shift start.
• Stretch wrap pallets and organize warehouse storage.
• Pull, stage and load shipments as directed by supervisor.
• Scan loads and update inventory with handheld scanner.
• Coordinate trailers in and out of docks and ensure dock integrity.
• Maintain paperwork for shipments and receivables as needed.
• Support general maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned.
