Job summary

IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a permanent, full-time Forklift Operator for 1st Shift at its Arlington, TX facility. Shift is 6am-2pm. You will perform pre-operational checks, pallet handling, loading/unloading, shipping preparation, inventory control, and dock coordination while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Candidates should be able to stand or sit for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, and wear PPE. Prior forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operational forklift checks at start of shift.
• Stretch wrap pallets and maintain organized warehouse aisles.
• Load/unload shipments and stage products for shipping.
• Inspect pallets for damage and ensure correct labels.
• Coordinate with supervisors on dock movements and inventory.
• Maintain accurate paperwork for shipments and receipts.
