Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for third shift to efficiently move materials and finished goods within the Lakeland area. You will support production by ensuring steady material flow and accurate reporting of inventory movements.

The role requires forklift experience, reliable attendance, and strong communication to coordinate with production and warehouse teams while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets of finished product to staging and loading areas.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and produced for warehouse personnel.
• Participate in stock handling and break coverage as needed.
• Follow safety, GMP and company policies; perform inspections and battery checks.
• Assist with cycle counts and ensure proper location tagging for finished goods.
