We are currently searching for a Forklift Operator based out of our Phoenix, AZ facility. Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, this role involves ensuring all forklift operations meet expectations, including loading trucks and/or production areas with materials.

What you’ll do:

• Bundle and organize products ready for shipment or loading onto trucks.
• Complete necessary paperwork to track processed products and material movements accurately.
• Use scanners and audit materials to ensure ERP data accuracy in your area.
• Load/unload products received or shipped.
• Transport products within various locations in the yard.

What you’ll bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Experience with ERP systems and computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and pay high attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing work environments.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Within 3 months, you’ll:

• Complete required training.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
