Quad/Graphics is hiring a Forklift Operator for the Hartford, WI facility. You will work the night shift (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) on a 12-hour compressed schedule, 182 days per year, with a $3.00/hour night shift premium.

The role involves moving paper, materials, and finished products, and supporting production teams to keep customer orders on schedule. Experience with forklifts and material handling is preferred, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a large print manufacturing

• Previous forklift operating experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, logistics, distribution, or material-handling is valued.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Forklift Operator

Location: Hartford, WI

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 / hour or more, based on relevant experience and work history

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Shift Premium: Additional $3.00 / hour for night shift

Schedule: 12-hour compressed schedule (3/4 or 4/3 rotation). Work only 182 scheduled days per year while maintaining full-time status and benefits.

Experience Preferred: Previous forklift experience is strongly preferred. Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, logistics, distribution, or material handling is also valued.

Keep Production Moving

Quad is seeking Forklift Operators to join our Hartford manufacturing team.

This isn't a traditional warehouse role. You'll work directly with production teams, moving paper, materials, and finished products throughout one of Quad's largest manufacturing facilities and helping ensure our printing equipment has what it needs to keep customer orders on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift operating experience is strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, logistics, distribution, or material-handling experience.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
