Job summary

Quad is seeking forklift Operators to join our Hartford manufacturing team. This isn’t a traditional warehouse role; you’ll work directly with production teams, moving paper, materials, and finished products to keep customer orders on schedule.

Location: Hartford, WI. Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience. Shift: Day shift 7:00 am–7:00 pm with a 12-hour compressed schedule (3/4 or 4/3), 182 scheduled days per year, and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other powered material-handling equipment.
• Supply printing and finishing equipment with paper and production materials.
• Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory using RF scanners and computerized systems.
• Perform routine equipment inspections.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Location: Hartford, WI

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 / hour or more, based on relevant experience and work history

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Schedule: 12-hour compressed schedule (3/4 or 4/3 rotation). Work only 182 scheduled days per year while maintaining full-time status and benefits.

Experience Preferred: Previous forklift experience is strongly preferred. Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, logistics, distribution, or material handling is also valued.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous forklift operating experience is strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, logistics, distribution, or material-handling experience.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
