Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Hartford manufacturing team. You will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, supply production lines, move raw materials and finished goods, and keep the work area clean and organized.

This full-time role offers a fixed night shift (12-hour) with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off. Opportunities exist to grow into other manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, logistics, or material handling.
• Ability to load/unload trailers and work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Strong attention to safety, reliability, and adherence to instructions.
