Job summary

Midwest Refrigerated Services, INC in Allenton, WI is seeking a Forklift Operator – standup to join our full-time team. You will operate powered industrial trucks, pick and stage orders, and handle loading/unloading in a temperature-controlled warehouse.

Schedule includes a Wednesday 4PM-10PM shift and Thursday–Friday 6PM-6AM with 40 hours and potential overtime. Starting pay is $25 per hour. We offer benefits and a culture that values safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write/speak English required.

Position: Forklift Operator - standup

General Accountabilities include:

• Picking and staging of orders

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a cooler (34-38F)
• Ability to read/write/speak in English
• Good computer aptitude and math skills
• Lift up to 60 pounds frequently and 80+ pounds.
• Experience working within RF controlled inventory systems or with food products is a plus
• Ability to work weekends and overtime
• Exceptional attendance record

Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience operating a forklift
• Previous experience with RF controlled inventory systems (a plus)
