Job summary

Allegiance-Industries is hiring a Floor Technician for a Sunday-Thursday night shift (10:00pm-6:00am) at our Virginia facility. The role involves steam-cleaning carpets, stripping floors, applying wax and sealant, buffing, deep cleaning painted floors, and general facility cleaning.

The ideal candidate will have floor care experience, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety. We offer on-the-job training, steady schedules, and opportunities for growth within a premier manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with staff
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets and strip floors with proper machinery.
• Apply wax and sealant to floor surfaces, buff to shine.
• Deep clean painted floors using appropriate chemicals and degreasers.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean other surfaces; collect trash.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture; assist with other duties as assigned
