Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring Nightshift Machine Operators. You will operate production equipment, read schedules, and move loads using a forklift while upholding TPM standards and 6S organization.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have warehouse/manufacturing experience, are 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and ready for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Job Description:

Machine Operators (Nightshift) must be able to operate machines, read and understand production schedules, operate a forklift, & band loads. Must perform all TPM requirements as defined. Use 6S principles to organize work area and perform quality checks as required to meet Critical to Quality elements. Employee is required to wear any applicable personal protective equipment, work at a productive rate, maintain quality, and perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
  • The ability to use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
  • Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and work overtime as needed.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment preferred.
  • Additionally, selected candidates will be evaluated for several production-related roles based on business needs.
  • All positions are physically demanding in some way; however, some roles require:
  • The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.;
  • and The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).
