Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a motivated Flexo Operator to safely operate printing machines at our Augusta, GA facility. The role focuses on meeting production and quality goals while maintaining safety and minimizing waste.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Flexo Operator experience and is prepared to work a 3rd shift with overtime. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Flexo Operator.
• Familiarity with safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Compliance procedures, including Lockout/Tagout according to standards.
• Set up and operate flexographic printing machines and adjust components as required.
• Perform quality checks using QMS and calipers/micrometers.
• Manage ink viscosity and color matching using color swatches.
• Identify and record waste and operate associated equipment.
