Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in Green Bay, WI is seeking a 3rd shift Filler Operator to safely package products in cups, pouches, bags or bottles. You will load packaging materials, run filler machines, and perform quality checks to meet quality standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience, a High School diploma or GED, and ability to work on a fast-paced line. Training on GMP, sanitation and safety protocols is provided, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Experience in a food production or packaging environment or operating automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, load, and monitor filler equipment to ensure safe production.
• Set speeds and timings using HMI panels and verify packaging materials.
• Perform quality checks and document processes for audits.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed to maintain flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following GMP and safety rules.
