Job summary

ISCO Industries in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. You will fabricate and assemble polyethylene pipe fittings, valves, tees, elbows and related structures per customer specifications.

You will read blueprints, follow QC procedures, maintain records, operate fusion equipment, and handle materials safely. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs; shift is Tue-Fri, with early morning hours.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, product drawings and ticket orders to determine materials, tools and equipment needed to complete work.
• Follows quality control procedures to ensure that the assembled, fabricated product meets customer specifications.
• Upholds accurate records of materials used on tickets; locates and pulls required materials from inventory.
• Maintains clean work area and equipment; follows safety procedures to maintain safe working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operates ISCO's fusion and fast fusion equipment, cranes and forklifts.
• Utilizes a variety of hand tools, saws and cutting equipment and performs other related duties as assigned.
• Basic computer skills are required for project tickets and inventory.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly and stand for long periods.

Tuesday - Friday; Shift: 3:00a - 3:00p

Description

Fabricators are responsible for fabricating and assembling polyethylene pipe to create a variety of customized structures such as: fittings, valves, T's, Y's, elbows, aqua shields, geothermal vaults, manholes, dual containment units, pumps, gas aeration lines and similar structures that meet customer specifications by performing the following duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, product drawings and pic ticket orders to determine materials, tools and equipment needed to complete work
• Follows quality control procedures to ensure that the assembled, fabricated product meets customer specifications
• Upholds accurate records of materials used on "ticket"; locates and pulls required materials from inventory
• Maintains clean work area and equipment; following safety procedures concerning use of equipment and materials to maintain safe working conditions
• Operates ISCO's fusion and fast fusion equipment, cranes and forklifts
• Utilizes a variety of hand tools, saws and cutting equipment and performs other related duties as assigned
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
