Qualifikationen

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set up extruder and production line according to setup sheets.
• Set extruder heat controls per setup sheet.
• Ensure correct raw materials (Virgin, regrind if used, color concentrate if used).
• Load hopper and start extruder with proper material mix.
• Monitor line conditions and adjust heats, speed, and water as described.
• Adjust line speed, fixtures, heats and water for quality and salvage.
• Set footage monitoring equipment for correct length on units.
• Inspect and measure extrudate for conformance to specs.
• Label and package finished product per instructions.
• Maintain proper labeling of scrap and raw materials.
