Job description

3rd Shift Equipment Operator

Location: Sayreville, NJ

Schedule: 9:00 pm – 5:30 am, Sunday – Thursday (potentially up to a 12-hour shift). All schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

All candidates will undergo one week of training on the 1st shift, with hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Operate Raymond Reach Trucks safely and efficiently.
2. Use RF guns for inventory management and order picking.
3. Navigate and operate I-Warehouse Machines.
4. Follow headset instructions in English for order picking.
5. Work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of current experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks (Crown experience does not qualify).
2. At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
3. Familiarity with RF guns.
4. Experience with I-Warehouse technology.
5. Comfortable wearing a headset for computer-directed picking.
6. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
7. Steel-toe boots are required.
8. Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.
