Stellant Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for 3rd shift in Williamsport, PA to perform routine testing on vacuum devices, set up test stations, and recover failed products with minimal supervision.

You will adjust and test to meet procedures, troubleshoot marginal units, document data, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and compliance with export rules as required.

Competenze

• Approximately 2 years experience in electrical testing of components using test equipment such as Fluke meters, oscilloscopes or network analyzers.
• Experience working with high voltage (5 to 20+ KiloVolts).
• Associate in Electronics or equivalent experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Adjust and test vacuum devices to meet procedure requirements; monitor and record testing progress.
• Perform final acceptance test and record data on the test data sheet.
• Troubleshoot failing or marginal products and adjust to regain conformance.
• Maintain records on each vacuum device and update files as needed.
• Match and tune microwave circuits to achieve desired results.
• Process rework or repair of returned products, including troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all security instructions.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
