Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a candi­date to set up and operate a mechanical dumper in a high‑volume production environment. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in extreme conditions.

You will read logs, communicate by two‑way radio, and maintain a clean work area. Applicants must have at least 6 months of recent work history and 3 months of machinery experience in a processing setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months of continuous work history within the past 2 years.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months of experience operating machinery in a processing/factory environment.
• Ability to read and complete required logs; communicate with supervisor and co-workers via two-way radio.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the mechanical dumper.
• Maintain a clean work area using soap and high-pressure hose.
• Read and complete required logs and records.
• Communicate with supervisor and co-workers via two-way radio.
• May operate frontend loader or forklift and obtain certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
